This rectangular citrus cake is an ode to summer and it’s perfect for all your get togethers. You will learn all of Jyoti’s favourite tips and tricks for assembling and decorating a three layer rectangular cake.

In this three hour workshop, you will:

• Learn the ins and outs of toasted Swiss meringue buttercream

• Assemble a three layer rectangular citrus scented cake with lemon curd and lemon cream fillings

• Smoothly ice and decorate your cake

• Learn how to properly ice an angular cake

• Decorate your cake with fresh fruits

• Snack and sip while you enjoy your late afternoon

Each participant will leave class with:

A perfectly decorate 4” x 8” rectangular cake

You will receive an e-workbook filled with all the recipes from class. No experience is necessary - this class is for all levels of bakers.

Please note that workshop seats are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the class, you are welcome to transfer the seat to another person and provide new contact information. Class participants must be 16 years of age or older.
