Summer is around the corner, and this cake is the perfect addition to all your summer soirees. You will learn all of Jyoti’s favourite tips and tricks for assembling and decorating a four layer cake, and how to create a set of four double chocolate cupcakes to complement.

In this three hour workshop, you will:

• Learn the ins and outs of vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream

• Make a vanilla bean mascarpone cream filling for the cake

• Assemble a four layer 6” vanilla bean berry cake with the mascarpone cream filling

• Smoothly ice and decorate your 6” cake

• Learn how to turn vanilla buttercream to chocolate

• Ice and decorate a set of four chocolate cupcakes

• Snack and sip while you enjoy your late afternoon

Each participant will leave class with:

• Fill iced and decorated 6” cake

• A set of 4 chocolate cupcakes

You will receive an e-workbook filled with all the recipes from class. No experience is necessary - this class is for all levels of bakers.

Please note that workshop seats are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the class, you are welcome to transfer the seat to another person and provide new contact information. Class participants must be 16 years of age or older.
